ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY

Based on the experiences from the high-tech industry of photoelectron semiconductors. Develops consumer coating to achieve the best protection with multi-functional properties for different applications.

Properties

Properties designed to provide an ultra-thin, hard, transparent, and permanent layer that protects surfaces from environmental factors. The ceramic coating is extremely water repellent (hydrophobic), so water and any dissolved contaminants such as limescale and dirt, run off the surface. Any deposited dust and dirt already on the surface are picked up by water droplets, resulting in a self-cleaning effect. The hydrophobic nature of the ceramic coating results in a surface that prevents mold and bacterial growth. Unlike alternative coatings, when our coating is applied to a clean and dry surface, the ceramic bonds to the surface to give a tough, hard-wearing finish that does not require re-application over time. This makes our range of coatings ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications. The coating remains stable up to high temperatures (750 C) and can provide protection in corrosive and abrasive applications.

RBT - Revolution Bonding Technology

RBT provides superior coating bond strength. It is not a mere physical adhesion like glue, but from chemical bonding at the molecular level with the substrate surface. This bond strength is solidified by air humidity and chemical crosslinking formed between liquid composite and substrate materials, forming a cubic matrix structure during the curing process. RBT will bond with the surface permanently, and so powerfully that it works just as effectively even on smooth and glossy glass surfaces. Our RBT bond strength will not decay or wear off over time. It is like a tattoo, once cured it can only be removed with mechanical polishing.

LCT - Liquid Ceramic Technology

Ceramic materials are brittle, hard, strong in compression, They withstand chemical erosion that occurs in other materials subjected to acidic or caustic environments. Ceramics generally can withstand very high temperatures, such as temperatures that range from 1,000 °C to 1,600 °C (1,800 °F to 3,000 °F). A glass is often not understood as a ceramic because of its amorphous (noncrystalline) character. However, glassmaking involves several steps of the ceramic process and its mechanical properties are similar to ceramic materials.

Patented Nano-Ceramic

Ingenious Advanced Materials transforms the liquid coating into a transparent film with a pencil hardness of up to 9H. This film is as dazzling and firm as ceramics. It can bring perfect protection to the surface of the object, improve brightness and anti-fouling properties, so it is also called liquid ceramics.

Pencil hardness test

Our coating can pass the strict test of pencil hardness 9H. The pencil hardness test is a relative concept. The hardness ranges from soft to hard from 1H to 9H. Most of the coating products in the shop lack hardness and film thickness tests, but this is an ingenuity. The biggest advantage of advanced materials.

Water contact angle test

We use different analytical instruments to measure and analyze the contact angle of different liquids on dissimilar materials to help us improve the hydrophobicity of our products. The excellent hydrophobic performance allows the liquid to slide off the surface with dirt to achieve a self-cleaning effect.

Aging test

The aging test content mainly includes UV resistance test, thermal shock test, and humidity aging test. The above test data provides our basis for evaluating product durability and weather resistance. Through third-party SGS certification, it proves that our product durability is absolutely trustworthy.

Materials

Our Coatings Can Be Used to Coat Almost Any Material Type

STONE

DuralBond stops moss and other plants and microbes from growing on the material. Reducing maintenance time and increasing the new look of the substrate for longer.

METAL

Using a transparent ceramic coating such as DuralBond not only results in a superior protective layer but also enables the natural color and finish of the metal to be displayed. DuralBond can even be applied over treated surfaces to add an additional protective layer which helps maintain the desired finish of the material.

WOOD

Wood is an extremely versatile and beautiful material. In order to preserve wood for longer, it is often treated with a variety of stains, varnishes, etc. You can protect the wood yet maintain its natural untreated finish. DuralBond can be applied directly to a treated wood finish to increase its durability and further reduce the absorption of the wood.

TEXTILE

The range of modern textiles is extensive and dwarfed only by the even larger range of applications. DuralBond can turn even the most water absorbing textiles into water proof layers. Whether its woven cotton, leather, nylon or paper, we can prevent your textiles from damaging water and stains.

Lacquered

The lacquer coating can plant nano fluff on the lacquer. In addition to improving the water repellent effect and easy cleaning, it can also increase the brightness of the lacquer and make your lacquer look bright and beautiful.

Leather

The leather ceramic coating is like a leather shield, which can effectively reduce dirt adsorption, prevent the leather chair from being stained and maintain the built-in touch of the leather, so that your car leather seat can maintain the most original comfort.

Glass

The glass-ceramic coating will coat the glass with nano-fleece, which makes the glass have a large water contact angle when it comes into contact with water, so that the water droplets quickly slide off the glass surface, which can reduce the retention of dirt.

Plastic

The nano-ceramic coating made of the plastic interior can prevent the interior from fading, cracking, and disintegrating due to factors such as high temperature and ultraviolet rays, causing the appearance to lose its luster and inconvenience in use.
